About the plain weave (Foxfibre®️ and Sea Island blend):
“This Sea Island cotton variety used for the warp in this fabric was classically bred by the late Dr Carl Roberts in the 1980’s and ‘90’s from Sea Island variety Montserrat, specifically for the Mesilla Valley in NM where it has been kept in organic production since. All of the cotton used to produce this plain weave 4 oz fabric was grown organically in New Mexico, and then shipped to Japan by me. Spun, woven and finished by Taishoboseki in Japan... The weft is composed of Foxfibre®️ Colorganic®️“Coyote” brown blended with Pima. I am hoping that you enjoy these very fine fabrics.” -Sally Fox
About the Ombré Plaid:

It is a 5.3 oz twill lightly sanded on one side that is woven 100 epi and 100 ppi, composed of extremely fine singles yarns. Spun and woven and finished in Japan by Taishoboseki and Toban Textiles.
