Made in Manhattan Unbleached USA Cotton Men's Button Down Shirt

Made by Unbleached Apparel using only 100% natural dye-free fabric, 100% cotton sewing thread, 100% cotton interfacing, 100% cotton woven labels and natural real corozo nut buttons.

The fabric is completely USA-grown and woven in the USA. Cut and sewn in the historic garment district of Manhattan, New York.

Classic American style roomy cut. The fabric is preshrunk and ready to wear right out of the box. Runs slightly large. If you are in between sizes, order a size down. In order to ensure a correct fit, compare the garment measurement size chart below with the measurements of a well-fitting dress shirt you already own.

Materials:

Fabric: 100% USA-grown and USA-woven undyed unbleached cotton (specifically consisting of 45% organic USA cotton and 55% standard unbleached USA cotton)

Sewing Thread: 100% unbleached organic cotton with 100% Foxfibre®️ Colorganic®️ cotton contrast stitch accent details.

Buttons: Natural corozo nut (undyed, unbleached and plastic-free)

Labels: 100% Foxfibre®️ Colorganic®️ and unbleached organic cotton

Interfacing: 100% undyed and unbleached cotton

Garment Measurements: (Post wash)

Small- Chest: 22.75”, Shoulder: 18.75”, Arm length: 25.5”, Total length: 29.5”

Medium- Chest: 24.75”, Shoulder: 19.75”, Arm length: 25.75”, Total length: 30.5”

Large- Chest: 26.75”, Shoulder: 21.25”, Arm length: 26”, Total length: 31.5”

Care Instructions: While hand washing cold and air drying is always best, this shirt can be machine washed and dried, if necessary. If machine washing: wash cold and do not bleach! Tumble dry low.

Note: We went well out of our way to design this shirt to be completely plastic-free and sewn with 100% dye-free organic cotton sewing thread. Most dress shirts will have a synthetic interfacing fabric (inside the collar, cuffs, etc.) to give it structure. We made sure to use a natural 100% cotton interfacing and all-natural trims to achieve an actually, truly plastic-free garment. Since natural cotton sewing thread is not as strong as polyester, we also reengineered the stitching techniques to give reinforcement on all stress points. However, please exercise appropriate caution when wearing and washing the shirt to account for the slightly more delicate natural sewing technique.
